Uncle Mike’s Food Emporium was built from a simple idea:
What if everything we love about a great bakery could live alongside a great restaurant, bar, and gathering place — all under one roof?

Our roots go back decades to Uncle Mike’s Bake Shoppe, where scratch-made baking, quality ingredients, and family recipes have always come first. As our bakery grew, so did our belief that food should bring people together — not just for a quick stop, but for time well spent.

The Food Emporium is the result of that belief.

A Bakery at the Heart of It All

The soul of Uncle Mike’s lives in the bakery.

Every day, our bakers craft the same favorites our guests know and love — including our famous kringle, donuts, breads, cookies, and desserts — using time-honored methods and uncompromising standards. This isn’t a side counter or an afterthought. It’s a full bakery, operating at full scale, right in the middle of the building.

Because for us, great food always starts with great baking.

More Than a Bakery

As we dreamed bigger, we knew we didn’t want to build “just another restaurant.”

We wanted a place where:

• You could stop in for coffee and a pastry
• Sit down for wood-fired pizza and a cocktail
• Bring your family for brunch
• Meet friends for trivia or a whiskey flight
• And still grab bakery treats to take home

So we built a full-service kitchen and bar around the bakery — one that values comfort, craft, and approachability just as much as quality.

A Place to Gather

Community has always been at the center of Uncle Mike’s, and the Food Emporium was designed to reflect that.

Our weekly events, live music, buffets, and special dinners aren’t just promotions — they’re invitations. Invitations to slow down, stay a little longer, and share a table.
