Food Emporium Bourbon Tasting - June 13th, 2024

Date and Time: June 13th, 2024 at 6 pm

Location: Uncle Mike's Food Emporium - 3860 W Wisconsin Ave, Appleton, WI

Event Details: You will enjoy 5 courses plus a floating Pizza course created by Chef Brittney. Each course will pair beautifully with one of Heaven's Door bourbons. 

Course 1: Sweet Potato Bisque with Popcorn
Course 2: Bourbon Poached Pear and Gorgonzola on Arugula Salad with a vanilla champagne vinaigrette
Course 3: Mushroom and Brie Crostini with Microgreens
Course 4: Bourbon Jamaican Pulled Pork Slider with sweet coleslaw and a side of dressed pickles
Course 5: Chocolate Bourbon Crème Brûlée

Floating Course (will come out at different times for each table): Bourbon BBQ Chicken Pizza and Bourbon Brisket Pizza

The price includes 6 courses, 5 tastings, and gratuity.

Cancelations are not permitted. If something comes up, you can transfer the tickets to others.
