Event Details: We're thrilled to introduce Tequila Mandala as our exclusive tequila partner for the upcoming tasting dinner. Known for its premium sipping tequila and beautifully hand-painted bottles, Tequila Mandala will elevate your dining experience. Chef Jason has crafted six exceptional courses designed to perfectly complement each tequila. To enhance the evening, a DJ will be on hand to set the mood.

Your ticket includes:
- Six delectable courses: five seated dishes, and a floating pizza course
- Five tequila tastings: four distinct tequilas plus one tequila-based cocktail

Course 1: Shrimp and Mango Ceviche with Plantain Chips
Course 2: Pozole Soup
Course 3: Chicken Tinga Tostada
Course 4: Tequila infused sea bass
Course 5: Pineapple Upside Down Cake
Floating Course (will come out at different times for each table): Fiesta Flame Pizza and Mexican Street Corn Pizza
