Food Emporium Wine Tasting Fundraiser - August 22nd, 2024

Location: Uncle Mike's Food Emporium - 3860 W Wisconsin Ave, Appleton, WI

Event Details: We've teamed up with Bonterra Organic Winery from Mendocino County, renowned as the largest regenerative organic winery in America. Chef Britt has crafted six exquisite courses that will have you yearning for them to become staples on our daily menu. Come join us on Thursday, August 22nd for an evening of delightful organic wine and scrumptious cuisine.

The price includes 6 courses (5 courses plus floating pizza course), 5 tastings, gratuity and $25 donation to Inclusion Community Center.

Course 1: Rose Watermelon Gazpacho
Course 2: Peach and Frisee Salad
Course 3: Seared Pepper Ahi Tuna Sashimi
Course 4: Roasted Chicken with tomato and mushroom orzo pasta
Course 5: Cabernet Crème Brûlée
Floating Course (will come out at different times for each table): Serrano Pepper, Ham, House Mozzarella with a White Wine Mornay Sauce Pizza / Braised onion and Prosciutto Pizza

Inclusion Community Center provides services for young adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. Daily services include life skill training, structured recreation, community engagement opportunities, supported engagement, and coaching with counseling consulting.  Co-founders Bryanna and Shannon started Inclusion after working with students of varying ages and abilities during their careers as educators in the Fox Cities. 

Cancelations are not permitted. If something comes up, you can transfer the tickets to others.
