Join us for a curated five-course Italian dinner, thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines from across Italy. Each course highlights the harmony between authentic Italian cuisine and regional wine selections. Enjoy the evening enhanced by live music to create a truly memorable dining experience.

Your ticket includes:
- Six delectable courses: five seated dishes, and a floating pizza course
- Five Wine Tastings

1st Course – Classic Bruschetta
Toasted artisan bread topped with fresh tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, and fresh mozzarella.
Paired with: Prosecco – A crisp, refreshing Italian sparkling wine with lively bubbles and bright notes of green apple, pear, and citrus. Light-bodied and elegant.

2nd Course – Italian Wedding Soup
A comforting broth with mini meatballs, greens, and pasta.
Paired with: Soave – A dry, crisp white wine featuring delicate citrus, green apple, and almond notes. Light and clean on the palate.

3rd Course – Chilean Sea Bass with Parmesan Risotto & Asparagus
Rich and tender sea bass served over creamy risotto and asparagus.
Paired with: Frappato – A light-bodied Sicilian red offering bright cherry and strawberry notes, subtle spice, and soft tannins. Fresh and aromatic.

4th Course – Chicken Marsala with Tagliatelle Pasta
Pan-seared chicken in a savory Marsala wine sauce served over fresh tagliatelle.
